FOUNDER & CEO
With three decades of hands-on international engineering experience, Wallace Goncalves Honorio has built his expertise across multiple countries and advanced from electrician positions to senior engineering roles at industry leaders like Cameron and Equinor. His career spans diverse technical areas including hydroelectric plants, subsea production control systems, and offshore operations, providing him direct insight into the skills gaps that exist in energy and industrial operations.
Throughout his career, Wallace has established himself as a technical innovator, achieving industry firsts such as the first DCS virtualization and IEC 61850 implementation offshore Brazil, while successfully leading multidisciplinary teams in safety-critical environments. His proven organizational leadership, demonstrated through roles like Offshore Installation Manager at Equinor's Peregrino Field and his position as Senior Engineering and Integrity Manager at Karoon Energy, enables him to understand exactly what energy employers need from day-one hires and translate that into practical training content.
Wallace holds the U.S. equivalents of a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Master of Business Administration in Global Executive, Master's Degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering, and a Master of Business Administration in Software Engineering.
